About the Dublin Energy Rating Company:
Dublin Energy Rating Company Ltd (DERC) was established in 2008 to provide Building Energy Rating (BER) certificates, energy audits and energy conservation advice for residential properties.
In 2009 we merged the business with Commercial Energy Ratings and now provide both residential and commercial BER certs www.commercialenergyratings.ie.(CERL)
CERL carries out audits on properties throughout the Greater Dublin Region including parts of Wicklow, Kildare and Meath.
